The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. The breakfast spread was extensive and of good quality.

The breakfast was amazing with its varied selection of high-quality Japanese food. the public spa was very relaxing and free drinks were provided in the evening. Location wise, it was near a shopping center and local restaurants.

The hotel room I stayed in was not properly cleaned as there were remains of previous customers and my child had a reaction. the wifi was also limited to the lobby and there was no room delivery for some of the amenities I requested, which caused some inconvenience.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with great onsen facilities and a happy hour offering free drinks and soybean sauce ramen. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese cuisine, including coffee, pastries, jam, and milk.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but still manageable for a solo traveller. The pillows were too firm for my liking, but this was the only issue I had.
